Colonnade Engagement Pictures Sneak Peek

One of the things that means the most to us about being wedding photographers is getting to meet our couple’s special people. Their wedding party, their friends, of course their family, anyone and everyone that is special to them. I mean, it’s a big deal to trust someone enough to let them into your life and let them take pictures of you. That’s a big deal! Because more often than not? We connect and get to build relationships with those people too.

Which is pretty awesome in our book.

Samantha started as one of “those” people. You see, several years ago, we met her sister and got to make her engagement photos. When it came time to see those photos, Samantha showed up on our doorstep with the rest of her family to see her sister’s engagement pictures.

Words can’t even describe how excited and honored we were when Samantha reached out to us last summer. Why? She had found her person (Cody), and they were planning their wedding and wanted to trust us with their pictures and their people.  (Don’t mind us, we’re just fan-girling out over here!)

Samantha and Cody met at the best place ever – Disney World. And their love is something pretty magical in and of itself. There’s no doubt in our minds that they keep each other on their toes all the time. Especially when Cody surprised Amanda with a sweet puppy, Addie, for her birthday. Or asked her to be his wife. These two are the yin to each other’s yang, each other’s soul mates, and we couldn’t be more excited for their wedding this August. And of course, to meet all of their special people.

Because there’s no doubt in our minds their people will be the best, most special and amazing people.

Family and friends – we can only imagine how excited you are to see more of Samantha and Cody’s engagement pictures! We promise we’re working on getting them done as quickly as we can! In the meantime, feel free to pre-register to see their gallery as soon as it’s released!
