Winter Wedding Sneak Peek

This past weekend we got to kick-off our 2020 wedding season with Logan and Ben. And let’s just say, it was a wedding day and weekend that we won’t be forgetting for a long, LONG time! And while there are oh-so-may stories and memories from their big day that we can’t wait to share with you, one of our very, very favorites is courtesy of our main man, Ben.

During their reception on Saturday night, Ben swiped the microphone from their DJ to toast Logan. Anytime a groom toasts his bride during their wedding day, it’s always a special moment. But Ben’s toast to Logan? It may just take the cake for the sweetest toast that we’ve ever heard in our 12 years of photographing weddings. And while we were busy photographing what was happening and didn’t actually memorize Ben’s toast, it went something like this.

During their life together, they’ll spend thousands of days together and have thousands of moments and memories.

But of all of those moments, memories and days? There will only be about 6, really, truly, incredibly special days. Days that just completely knock the socks off all the other days they spend together. Their wedding day? It’s the very first of that handful of really, truly, special days they’ll have together during their lifetime. And there’s no other person in the world that Ben wants to experience that handful of days with than Logan.

And the fact the he gets to experience those days wit Logan? That makes him the luckiest man in the whole world.

Friends. As we were shooting we literally melted into a puddle on the floor of The Station. We’re pretty sure that Ben had all of their wedding reception guests doing the exact same thing. The depth of love this man has for his beautiful wife? It’s unlike anything we’ve ever seen before.

We could go on and on about these two, but, we know you’re here for a reason. 🙂
