Summer Wedding Sneak Peek
Most people might look at our wedding photography and come to the conclusion that we’re a little non-traditional. In fact, we’ll be the first to 100% admit that we try to not be “traditional” wedding photographers. That’s why couples continue to trust us with their wedding day and what we love creating. And while we love different and non-traditional, non-scripted wedding moments we have to admit something.
We secretly LOVE traditions.
Not necessarily the obvious traditions like garter and bouquet tosses that people do just to do because everyone says they should. But unique, intimate traditions. Especially if those traditions are passed down through families for generations because it means that each new generation that does that tradition? Gets to put their own spin on that tradition. And we 110% love that.
So needless to say, when Samantha and Cody told us they were getting married on what would have been Samantha’s grandparents’ 70th anniversary, you know we got excited. (Okay, maybe a lot excited). And when they told us that they wanted to go to the church where her grandparents were married for wedding day photos? Not gonna lie, friends. If “hella” is still a thing, we got hella excited.
Samantha and Cody’s wedding day was stock-full of family traditions and unique moments. And we love that they also created some new traditions of their own to carry on in their family. These two sweet lovebirds had an absolutely amazing wedding day, friends, and we are so excited to get to share some of our favorite moments with you.
