Rustic Fall Engagement Sneak Peek

Friends, words can’t even express how excited we’ve been for Darcee and Gus’ rustic fall engagement session. As in, we’ve been planning and scheming for their session since March. And finally, FINALLY, fall arrived and we were able to do their engagement session! And, believe us when we tell you, that these two lovebirds? They totally, 100% rocked their engagement session. 

So much so that at certain points we put our cameras down, walked away, and just let them be them, enjoying each other and the moment so much the air was thick with love. 

You see, these two have known each other practically their whole lives. Their parents are good friends, and they pretty much grew up together. As it so often happens in life, after school they each went their own way. But when Gus saw Darcee at a wedding a few years later? He knew instantaneously that he was going to marry her. 

Did you just melt all over the floor? Because we absolutely did again. 

These two, their ease with each other, and the oh-so-obvious way they love each other when they’re together is what makes them them. The way Gus threw his arms around Darcee, even as we were just walking and chatting together and not even shooting is so special, friends. It’s what makes them them. 

And when you add in their super sweet, super loveable Blue Heeler Dixie? You guys, their family is complete.
