Romantic Engagement Session at Unity Village
Have we ever shared with you why it is we love photographing weddings and engaged couples so much? For me it’s all about the look. You know, the look you get from a cute guy across the room. The look that happens just before your first kiss. The look he gets in his eye when he’s proposing to you. That look that changes on a wedding day, to a look that a groom gives his bride as she becomes his wife. This look is oh-so powerful, and romantic, and can make the world stop spinning for just a few seconds. This is why I love photographing weddings and couples so much.
And can I just tell you, how much I love getting to witness that look between our couples? We’re so lucky that we get to witness it so often. Especially during engagement sessions, it will always pop up a few times. But can I tell you just how much I enjoyed Erin and Stephen’s engagement session? We’ve known this sweet pair for a while now. And, every single time we’ve seen them, they’ve had that look. Their engagement session was full of them, and it just made our hearts so happy.
I know that I’ve said it more than once, but we’re so lucky that we get to do this for a “job.” We LOVE getting to photograph our couples that are so in love. During their engagement session it’s about capturing what they love about each other and want to remember during this special, engaged part of life. And on their wedding day, it all changes. We have had so much fun getting to know Erin and Stephen and their love, and are SO excited to be able to be a witness to all of their looks and love on their wedding day!
