Loose Park Engagement Session | Christine & Antone
We’d like to start today by congratulating these two newlyweds! We just celebrated Christine and Antone’s wedding day this past Saturday! But, before we post their wedding photos, we wanted to relive their Loose Park Engagement Session. The day couldn’t have been any prettier, and we absolutely love the way their session turned out. Take a peek below at some of our favorites at one of Kansas City’s most iconic photo locations. Then, come back in a few weeks to see their wedding day!

We don’t really shoot at Loose Park too often, but we were so glad we started there for Christine and Antone’s session. This was probably one of the most crowded days at the park (a Sunday in September), with photographers everywhere! Luckily we found a gorgeous spot right near the entrance that provided us with some great color and privacy for these two to kick their session off. Christine loves picnics and wanted to incorporate them into their engagement photos. She packed her favorite picnic basket, complete with champagne flutes, flowers, and a chalkboard to write their wedding date on for their save the dates.
After we finished up at Loose Park we headed downtown to catch sunset. This is quite possibly one of our favorite streets in the city, and one of the most overlooked places for engagement sessions – which we’re secretly happy about! Christine’s black cocktail dress and heels and Antone’s dress shirt and slacks worked perfectly for this part of their session. Christine & Antone met on match.com, and wanted to incorporate that into their engagement photos as well. Christine packed these adorable expression chalkboards, and they worked perfect!
