Elegant Halloween Wedding Sneak Peek

It wasn’t long after Jason proposed to Shannen that she came to him with a proposition. You see, her favorite holiday is Halloween. And when Jason proposed? She immediately knew she had to convince him to have a Halloween wedding. Little did she know that he would 100% be down to have an elegant, slightly creepy, one-of-a-kind elegant Halloween wedding. But that’s exactly what they did, friends. 

And it was a wedding for the memory books of everyone in attendance. 

Mike, Shannen’s Man of Honor, is actually responsible for the whole evening. You see, he was at a bar one night when this guy came in and ordered a beer. But he didn’t order just any old beer. He ordered the beer on the menu with the 14% ABV. Mike was immediately impressed and struck up a conversation with this guy. They weren’t long into the conversation when Mike realized just who he had met: Shannen’s soul mate. 

When Mike introduced Shannen to Jason? 

It was all over, friends. Shannen had finally found the tall, derpy man of her dreams (her words, not ours), and the rest is history. These sweet lovebirds got engaged in February of 2020, and took full advantage of all that planning time to put as many special touches on their day as they could. Jason designed all of their paper invites (he’s a graphic designer), and Shannen got to take her time to find the perfect wedding dress, that she added black lace to.
