EA Bride Wedding Vendor Choice Award Nominees

So every now and again, we get asked to do some pretty cool things. And we LOVE it when those cool things include other wedding vendors. Needless to say, we were beyond thrilled when we were asked to photograph the first ever EA Bride Vendor Choice Awards.

And yep! You read that right! The brilliant team behind EA Bride came up with this awesome idea to honor Kansas City’s amazing wedding vendor community. And really…who better to make the nominations than a group of your peers?! And although we weren’t nominated, we are so, so, SO excited to work with this crazy-talented group of our peers.

The fun for this project began last year, actually. We all gathered at The Guild in the Crossroads District for team photo day. And if you know anything about EA Bride (who are we kidding, wedding vendors in general), you know that we all like to find a reason to celebrate and party. We all spent the morning celebrating all of the talented nominated vendors and creating all kinds of fun photos for them.

And the best part about this? This relaxed photo session let all of the vendor teams really celebrate, let loose, and show off their personalities. AND what better honor for a photographer than to make your peers feel incredible?!

The next part of this crazy-fun celebration is this weekend. Saturday night, specifically. And while we’re going to try to share all the fun BTS stuff on IG stories, we promise to share all the photos here too next week.
