Country Club Plaza Summer Wedding Sneak Peek

Friends, Courtney and Sal are back and officially married!! These sweet lovebirds tied the knot on Saturday, and we’re pretty sure it’s safe to say they had the best day ever. I know we say that a lot, but these two really did. We’re so excited to share their Country Club Plaza summer wedding sneak peek with you today! 

Even though they’re not originally from Kansas City, Courtney and Sal wanted to keep things super local, and super KC for their wedding day. 

Everything these two did on their wedding day happened either downtown near their home, or on The Plaza: their rehearsal dinner at home, wedding day on the Plaza and downtown, wedding party, family, and couple pictures at The Nelson, a downtown cathedral wedding ceremony, and finally a helluva reception at Grand Street Cafe on the Plaza. 

So, so many of Courtney and Sal’s family and friends were able to travel to Kansas City for the big celebration: Sal’s family from Minnesota, Courtney’s family from South Dakota, college friends from Omaha, and loved ones from anywhere and everywhere in between. One of the greatest things about weddings in 2021 has been seeing all of our couples loved ones grouped together in one place. Courtney and Sal’s wedding weekend was no exception, and it was so much fun to see this sweet pair celebrate right alongside their loved ones. 

It’s safe to say that none of us take that for granted anymore. 

Family and friends, we know so many of you came to Kansas City from out of town to celebrate with Courtney and Sal. And we know just how excited you are to see photos from their big day.
