Colorful Fall Engagement Session

Are you a fall person? It seems like people either love fall or hate it. We’re a house divided. Kyle hates fall because “everything is dying” and it gets “cold.” I personally LOVE fall because everything turns beautiful, vivid colors. And hello – can you say SWEATER WEATHER?!?! And it means that pretty much no matter where we go, colorful fall engagement sessions are aplenty. Even if we’re smack dab in the middle of downtown.

When it came to their engagement session, Courtney and Sal knew they wanted three things: a little bit of Kansas City and the skyline, to include their furbabies, and lots of COLOR. 

Well, friends, I’m sure you know by know that we were down to help these two accomplish all three of their engagement photo goals. For their skyline and KC photos? We headed to Liberty Memorial. Where we also happened to get a TON of color on all of the trees in and around the park. I mean really….. Courtney and Sal couldn’t have gotten any more fall if they tried. 

Until, we met them at their second location – English Landing in Parkville. 

And man, oh man. I think it’s pretty safe to say these two found a new favorite park to take their sweet pups to. These two lovebirds broke out their comfiest, coziest fall sweaters and plaid shirts, brought along a snuggly blanket and 100% amped up the “fall feels” for their colorful fall engagement session. I mean, really. Add in their sweet pups, Tucker and Tyke? You guys. Courtney and Sal’s engagement session just couldn’t get much better. 

Except for the fact that it did, because they changed into their favorite NFL team jerseys, and teased the heck out of each other. And then they popped the bubbly to celebrate their engagement and had a BLAST spraying champagne. 🙂 

You guys. Courtney and Sal’s engagement session? It’s what this fall loving girl’s fall engagement session dreams are made of. 🙂
