Guys. Taia and Rich are married. And it was such a gorgeous day full of all the emotion and love and then some. From Taia spending the morning getting ready with her mom and girls, to Rich’s crazy groomsmen keeping things lively and entertaining we had SO much fun! And did we mention that Taia’s mom arranged for a special surprise performance from her favorite jazz musician, Lonnie McFadden!? It was so crazy wonderful and amazing. And the perfect addition to an absolutely amazing day!

Any words of wisdom for those still planning?

Hire a wedding coordinator. 🙂  Biggest mistake I made was thinking I wanted to plan it all myself.

Rich – Vows.

Taia – Vows. We wrote our own vows and struggled to make it through them in one piece. And coming down the aisle. 🙂

What do you wish you knew before you started planning?

There were waaaaaay more tiny details towards the end that we had not considered and were not ready for: napkin colors, buffet set up location, 1 buffet or 2? Who will give their speech first? Coordinating when vendors will get into your reception site, etc.
